If you’re not satisfied with your custom necklace, bracelet, or keychain, simply email us with your order number to take advantage of this warranty.

  • We cannot refund orders that have been misused or altered.
  • Photographic evidence of any issues related to workmanship or quality is required.
  • Postage costs for replacements are not covered.
  • The warranty will be void if there are signs of misuse or unauthorized modifications.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen jewelry.
